Trade

Canada is a successful trading nation. In fact, one in four Canadian jobs relies on international trade. Each day, Canada exports and imports several billion dollars worth of goods and services around the world. Today over 40% of Canada's gross domestic product (the “GDP”) is dependent upon exports. This is a higher proportion than for any other G7 country.
